One thing I just can't stand is the Gibson guitar company (and their guitars okay so that's two things). Here they've got a great interview with Elvin Bishop talking about what it was like to be a white blues fan in 1960s Chicago but after the halfway mark it turns into an advertisement for Gibson's own products.

It's one thing to have people hype your guitars but to do it yourself in an your own article is pretty pathetic.
